To purchase the gift voucher, simply scan this QR code from your bank’s mobile app, as if you were paying a standard bill. Send the amount for a one-hour session, which is 130 CHF. You can also make the payment via Twint

Then, please send an SMS, a WhatsApp message, or an e-mail stating that you have made a payment for a gift voucher purchase, accompanied by a screenshot as proof. Please also provide the postal address and the name of the person to whom the gift voucher should be sent.

The recipient can book an appointment directly on Onedoc, via SMS, WhatsApp, or e-mail, indicating that they have received a gift voucher.

All vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.

Resale is prohibited.

Gift vouchers do not entitle the holder to a reimbursement invoice. Therapeutic follow-up cannot be conducted with gift vouchers; these are intended solely for an introductory session.

Vouchers are personal and non-transferable except in cases of illness or accident (upon presentation of a medical certificate).
