Consent to Electronic Dispatch of Invoices and Supporting Documents

By booking an appointment, you consent to your invoices and reimbursement supporting documents being sent to you electronically at the email address you have provided.

You acknowledge having been informed that sending these documents by email, which may contain personal data (including administrative and health information), is in principle not secure (unencrypted) and carries risks. In particular, it cannot be excluded that unauthorised third parties may access, intercept, or modify this information.

This data processing is carried out in accordance with Swiss data protection legislation (notably the DPA).

This consent is given freely and may be revoked at any time, with future effect.

Any revocation must be sent in writing (by email) to your therapist and will only apply to documents issued after receipt of your request.

Refusal to receive documents electronically, or revocation of this consent, does not entail any disadvantage. In this case, invoices and supporting documents will be sent to you by another appropriate means.
